Heart Disease is the number one killer of women for the second year in a row.  Curves has teamed up with the American Heart Association this year to raise funds and awareness.  Go Red Day, February 2nd , is a nation wide movement to raise awareness, the red dress is a symbol of that awareness.   Wear red, any red, your heart doesn't' care.  As you can see from the photos we had  women working out in red and answering heart health trivia questions all day long. Curves is also forming a team for the Heart Walk 5K  September 29th at the Los Angles Colosseum. Get involved, Love Your Heart!
